With the success of our green Fairy Absinthe Inferno and our love for the classic cocktail, we at Race City Sauce Works have decided to take it all one step further.

We have blended the sweet flavor of roasted poblano chiles, fresh cilantro and the tart and earthy saltiness of cured green olives with a splash of habanero infused vodka to create a twisted and spicy version of the classic “Dirty Martini”.
